Bullseye Ag is always searching for dynamic team members to fulfill the following roles:

​Portfolio Manager
Manage all operations of one or more farming properties including livestock husbandry, property maintenance and improvement, pasture and cropping establishment and maintenance, budgeting, business planning, reporting, staff supervision, contractor and consultant coordination.
Portfolio Overseer
Support managers with operations across different farming properties including livestock husbandry, pasture and cropping operations, property maintenance and improvement, reporting, contractor and consultant coordination.
Senior Farm Hand
Support managers and overseers with the more “hands-on” parts of farming operations, including livestock husbandry, monitoring pasture and water, property maintenance, pasture and cropping operations.

We currently have the following position available:
Farm Overseer - Southern NSW
Seeking an Overseer to be based in either Goulburn, the Southern Highlands or its surroundings. ​Suits an individual with experience in the day-to-day operations involved in sheep and cattle operations with a focus on grazing management. This role is currently part-time with a minimum three days a week but will evolve into a full-time position for the right candidate as our footprint in the region grows.
